1. Does Arky support collaboration?
Arky currently offers collaboration in a limited form. Real-time co-editing is available in alpha and still being stabilized — expect rough edges for now. A fully stable rollout is coming in an upcoming update.
2. How is Arky different from Notion or MS Word?
Unlike chat-based interfaces, Arky is purpose-built for structured thinking and editing. It seamlessly combines a dynamic Canvas with powerful document features.
3. How is it different from Figma or Miro?
Arky provides a canvas similar to tools like Figma or Miro, but with one key difference — you can build logical structures right on the canvas, easily organizing headings, paragraphs, and their hierarchy with AI.
4. Where are my documents stored?
Documents are securely stored in the cloud using Supabase. All content is auto-saved and synced in real-time.
5. Is my data safe?
Yes. Each user's data is securely isolated and managed in a Supabase-powered cloud. Backup and version control are also planned for future updates.
6. Does Arky support Markdown?
Yes. Arky fully supports Markdown — you can export .md, Word, and PDF files (and import will be available soon), and even paste content from tools like Notion seamlessly.
7. Is Arky free? What's the pricing model?
Arky is currently free to use during open beta. Paid plans will launch on May 1, 2026.
8. How do I create or delete an account?
You can sign up, delete your account, or remove your data anytime via your account settings.
9. When will Arky officially launch?
