You can share a workspace or project to view and edit materials together.

Sharing projects

You can share a project with teammates and edit it together.

• Click the ellipsis button in the top right, then click the Share tab.

• Choose how you want to share and set permissions.

  • You can invite someone by entering their email address. You can invite anyone even if they're not Arky users, but they'll need to sign up before they can collaborate.

  • You can also share via link. The link works with a single permission setting.

View Shared Projects

If a project is shared with you, you can access the workspace where it was shared and find it in the Shared tab.

Sharing a Workspace

This feature will be available in Q1 2026.

You can invite your team to a workspace to manage and edit projects, notes, and resources together.

• Users invited to a workspace are treated as members, while users who are only shared a specific project within the workspace are treated as guests.

• You can configure permissions for each member and guest in Workspace settings.
